How does booking work?

Please send us a message from our contact us page. We will respond with a questionnaire within 24-48 hours to tailor all the details of your Bohemian Hangout experience. You can also reserve a package by paying a deposit, and we will email you.

Note that there are three packages to pick from.  Select a hangout package tailored for 1-3 people. If you need addon items, please reserve with a deposit.

We will send you an invoice to complete your booking stating the date and time of your services and the remaining balance on your Hangout.

Please Look out for your booking confirmation in your email once your payment is processed.

Where would my Bohemian Experience take place?

All hangouts will be held at exclusive locations of your choice. The site could be your backyard, the beach, a home, or even a park.

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for booking cancellations.

 Rescheduling will be allowed for inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts rain or extreme cold/winds on the day of your event, then we will allow you to reschedule your hangout.

If you choose to attempt it and proceed with your scheduled hangout, once your hangout has been unveiled, there will be no option to reschedule, and unfortunately, no refund will be issued in extreme weather.

Can I leave before my scheduled end time?

Yes. Please provide us with 30 minutes’ notice via phone call or text message. You are responsible for all Bohemian Hangouts with Mie items until we can return and pack them up.

Do I have to clean up when I am done?

No. Our team handles all setup and clean-up.

What happens if I show up late?

Your time starts at the scheduled time selected during your booking. We understand life is unpredictable, and we will give a 15-minute kindness period. After 15 minutes, you are considered a no-show, and your deposit is donated. 

What happens if I want to add hours to my Bohemian experience package?

You can add up to 2 additional hours to your package at an hourly rate when you complete your booking. You can add 1 hour the day of with payment due upon arrival with notice.

Can I choose the style of Bohemian Experience I desire outside of the three options? 

Unfortunately, no. Our theme has been established based on the industry. We encourage a pop of color and ask that you send us a color of your choice that you would like to see incorporated into your hangout. We operate by a model where you don’t have to worry about a great vibe.

We take away the stress of event planning and decorating.  By booking with us, we strive to make every hangout picture perfect. If you have some color schemes you desire, you can email us at [email protected], and we will incorporate them if achievable, which 9 of 10 they are!

Will I be charged if anything breaks?

Yes, you will be charged up to half of your booking price, depending on the broken item.
